Overloading on spring

What is it about us Iowans that as soon as nice weather hits we scramble to do anything we can to get outdoors. This past weekend I think I overdosed on spring weather. My family went on two bike rides, landed at one park and I even got two small shifts of lawn work done. Yes, even lawn work is semi-enjoyable when you've been cooped up for months. I also got a couple of jogs in over the weekend. I guess we have to pace ourselves as the better weather is on its way. But it's hard to ignore the freedom of spring.
