Very sad news

Death at any age is tragic but death at a young age is heartbreaking. I have just received word that my college track throwing coach’s husband passed away Monday due to heart failure. He was 32 years old, healthy and kept himself in tip-top shape. It was shocking news and I still haven’t quite wrapped my head around it.

They have a four-year-old daughter, and I am just devastated for both of these girls to lose such an important man in their lives. My thoughts and prayers are with the Norton family in this tragic time. Please God guide them through this terrible loss.`
