Grassley coming to Gladbrook, Le Grand

U.S. Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, will make two local stops in the next two weeks for town hall meetings as he is on a 36-county tour to begin 2012. He will be at the American Legion Hall in Gladbrook at 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12 and at the Le Grand Community Center at 5 p.m. Jan. 19. It appears Grassley encourages feedback from visitors to these meetings. "I like to say this process is a two-way street," Grassley said. "I need to go to people to answer questions and listen to comments, and they need to come out and participate in the discussion."
