Festival frenzy continues

And you thought there was nothing to do after RAGBRAI. Festival season continues this weekend with Union Tar Heel Days, Melbourne Mousehole Days and the Mid-Iowa Antique Power Show. Next weekend, the granddaddy of all festivals — the Iowa State Fair — gets going. There will also be the Meskwaki Pow Wow next weekend. Time to lather on the sunscreen and head out of the house — there are plenty of reasons to do so in the next few weeks.
