Candidate forum Thursday at Fisher Community Center

The Marshalltown Area Chamber of Commerce will host a candidate forum at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Fisher Community Center. The forum will feature local legislative candidates Allen Burt, Dean Fisher, Jane Jech, Mark Smith, Steve Sodders and Nathan Wrage, plus Marshall County Sheriff candidates Ted Kamatchus and Randy Price. The forum will be moderated by Curt Ward. Check out the Times-Republican this weekend as the candidate profiles will start up leading to the Nov. 6 election.
