Be thankful for winter necessities

February 1, 2014 - Brett Van Waus
It’s February, officially the second month of 2014. It’s one month down and hopefully only a few more left until the cold weather will be gone. For now. It’s what the buzz is about. It's on Twitter, the news and it's small talk in the office, people cannot stop talking about the cold. I’m a positive person. The cold is no fun, but without our winter necessities, these months would be literally a million times more brutal than what it already is. Imagine winter without gloves, heat, Chapstick, hats, Yaktrax and salt? Yes, winter is bad, but we are living. Spring will be here before we know it, until then, take your winter necessities and bundle up your complaints. People should make the best out of the season and be grateful we have what we have to survive the winter.
