When will summer start?

Temperatures topping out in the 60s in July — give me a break. Here are my thoughts on this cool summer. I want summer to be hot to make me look forward to fall and the chill in the air. If summer is not hot, then there is nothing to look forward to other than continued cold and eventually snow. My legs have never been this blindingly white in mid-July. So get in gear summer and get hot already.
