Cooling off on Facebook
August 3, 2009 - Andrew Potter
When I finally got on Facebook a couple of months ago I thought it was great. I was able to reconnect with long lost friends and share photos much easier than trying to email 40 people. But lately, people are abusing Facebook. Letting me know what you ate every meal is going a little too far. One friend said she woke up late and was rushing to get to work — then how did you have enough time to get on Facebook to tell everyone? Then I think there are some people that live their life for Facebook. As in, I’ll go to this event because it will be cool to put up pictures on Facebook, not that I really want to go.
