Rooting for the next Shrek

I see the fourth Shrek movie is due out this May titled Shrek Forever After. Let’s hope the downward trend as far an entertaining Shrek movies does not continue. The first Shrek movie was original, groundbreaking and very entertaining. The second movie was decent but not as good at the original. Then came Shrek The Third which was a stinker in my opinion. Did producers just rest on the laurels of the previous two movies and not try as hard on the third? Shrek is a little played out now but here’s hoping producers get it together for the fourth one. This ogre deserves to go out on a good note.
