SNL an instant classic

In one of the most anticipated Saturday Night Live's in recent memory, Betty White hit the stage as host and didn't disappoint.
There's something about seeing an 88-year-old tell raunchy jokes that just seems to resonate with viewers and endears her to all.
The SNL writers also stepped up their game this week giving White some good material to work with. She was truly hilarious on the NPR sketch and as a convict's grandmother in the Scared Straight sketch. One of my friends called Betty White a national treasure and I agree. Just wondering why it took us so long to realize this.
