| | College hopes to impress peersJuly 26, 2010 - Andrew PotterStaff at Marshalltown Community College are hoping to impress their peers as they host staff from community colleges throughout the state for the Iowa Association of Community College Trustees annual conference Wednesday through Friday. College staff won’t be the only ones involved as former Gov. Terry Branstad and current Gov. Chet Culver will be visiting this week as well in events open to conference attendees. Several other politicians will be on hand or are sending video messages to the group. Staff at MCC have been talking about this conference for about a year and they want it to run smoothly. The college has upgraded its signage in part for the conference and hopes to put it’s best foot forward. Article CommentsNo comments posted for this article. Post a Comment | |
