Dress code still on board’s mind

There has yet to be the big full blown school board discussion on the possibility of a dress code in Marshalltown schools, but signs indicate that could happen in the next couple of months. At this week’s school board meeting President Kay Beach hinted it will be a future agenda item, but it is unclear when that first big discussion will occur. It has been stated the school board will not take this issue lightly and expects several discussions before a decision is made. In other words, stay tuned on this matter because discussion is sure to heat up inside the board room as the weather gets cold outside.
