Funeral services for Samuel D. Lyle, 88, were held Tuesday morning Nov. 3, 2009, at Estel Perrin Avey Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Siems officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Memorial Garden.

Pallbearers were Gary Blum, Ron Ikan, Larry Blum, Teresa (Lyle) Tichy, Pat (Blum) Ikan, John Ikan, Candy (Lyle) Hanken and Larry Atcher.

Honorary pallbearers were Charlie Atcher and the Laurel American Legion Members.
