TOLEDO - Libbie Kos, 91, a resident of the Keystone Nursing Care Center formerly of Toledo died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009 at the Keystone Nursing Care Center under the care of Mercy Hospice. Private Graveside Services will be held. Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home of Tama-Toledo is handling the arrangements.

Survivors include two children, Lorraine (George) Vileta of Keystone, and Leland Kos of Broomfield, Colo.; six grandchildren, Denise Fitzpatrick, Michele Wilkie, Diane Vileta, Kim Vileta, Kelvin Kos and Kyle Kos; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Marie Vilimek of Lake Mills; and two brothers, Charlie Bartosh of Toledo, and Joe Bartosh of Dysart.
