Candice Fisher, 609 E. Main St., made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a interference with official acts charge. She will represent herself in this matter before the court. She pleaded not guilty to the interference with official acts charge and a Pre-Trial Conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 24. On the possession of drug paraphernalia charge she pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge, a $10 DARE surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $282.75 due immediately. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 beginning April 25 until the debt is completed or in lieu of the fine and the surcharge for the fine Fisher may complete 12 hours of community service plus pay the law enforcement initiative surcharge, the DARE surcharge and court costs to be completed by July 31.

Teresa Waseskuk, of Montour, made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief, fifth degree charge, a criminal mischief, fourth degree charge and a open container charge. She will hire her own attorney. The Preliminary Hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 13. Waseskuk was released on her own recognizance.

Lanie Negrete, of Tama, made an initial appearance on a open container charge. She will represent herself in this matter. She pleaded not guilty and a Pre-Trial Conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 24. Negrete was released on her own recognizance.

Ignacio Cabrero-Mendiola, 106 W. Nevada St., made an initial appearance on a fishing without a license charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $70 with a $24.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $154.50 due immediately. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 beginning April 25 until the debt is completed.

Tyler Reisinger, 10 W. Webster St., made an initial appearance on a assault charge, a public intoxication charge, a trespass charge and a possession of alcohol under legal age charge. He will represent himself in these matters. He pleaded not guilty and a Pre-Trial Conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 24. Reisinger was released on his own recognizance. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Joseph Arp, of Toledo, made an initial appearance on a possession of a Schedule I Controlled substance charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a failure to obey a stop or yield right of way sign charge. He will hire his own counsel. The Preliminary Hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 13. Arp was released on his own recognizance. The court ordered that Arp obtain a substance abuse evaluation and submit the results to the court within 60 days.

Miguel Angle Ibarra, 208 W. Nevada St., made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge and a failure to have a valid driver's license charge. He pleaded guilty to both charges. On the curfew violation charge the fine was $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195 due immediately. In lieu of the fine and surcharge the court allowed for 12 hours of community service plus pay the court costs of $60 to be completed by May 15. The court ordered that Ibarra obtain a copy of the curfew ordinance today. On the failure to have a valid driver's license charge the fine was $200 with a $70 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $330 due immediately.

Jenifer Lynn Runner, of Gladbrook, made an initial appearance on a stop sign violation charge. She pleaded not guilty and a Pre-Trial Conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 30. Runner was released on her own recognizance.

Tanner Clarence Stanley, 605 Thunderbird Dr., made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195 due immediately. The court allowed for 12 hours of community service in lieu of the fine and the surcharge plus pay court costs of $60 to be completed by May 15. The court ordered that Stanley obtain a copy of the curfew ordinance today.

Nickolas Ryan Woodbury, 409 Melody Lane Apt. #3, made an initial appearance on a social host, serving alcohol to minors at parties) charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $195 due immediately.

Jesse Ceniceros, 1118 May St., made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief, second degree charge and a simple assault charge. The Public Defender's Office was appointed to handle his cases. The Preliminary Hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 4. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

Katie Eugina Robinson, 110 N. 3rd Ave. Apt. #3, made an initial appearance on a simple domestic assault charge. The Public Defender's Office was appointed to handle her case. She pleaded not guilty and a Pre-Trial Conference is set for 9 a.m. on May 1. Robinson was released on her own recognizance. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.
