BOONE - Ben Wollam and Ashley Harris of Marshalltown took the eighth-place medal in Class 2A at the Iowa Co-ed State Golf Tournament on Tuesday at Cedar Pointe Golf Course.
Wollam and Harris shot 78 to tie for the seventh-best score of the day, losing a cardback to finish eighth.
Jon Calhoun and Sammy Olson of Dowling Catholic were the state champions with a 75.
Riley Wirth and Katie Lynch of MHS shot 95.
East Marshall's entry of Zach Underhill and Chantel Eicher medaled in the Class 1A portion at the Iowa Co-ed State Golf Tournament with their top 10 finish in Adel.
Underhill and Eicher shot an 82 to take ninth place and medal in Class 1A at River Valley Golf Course.
AGWSR's Owen Abkes and Katie Schachterle shot 91, while Hunter Wagner and Madison Heinz carded 112. South Hardin's Jack Dunn and Cami Eller finished with a 102.
