Thomas R. Smith, 89, of St. Paul, Minn., passed away peacefully June 16, 2012 surrounded by his family.
Preceded in death by wife Naomi (Barney) and infant granddaughter Hannah Van Bogart. Survived by sons Kendall (Debbie) and Jeffrey (Kathy) and daughter Kristie Van Bogart (John); grandchildren Andrew (Barb) Smith, Ellie Schultz (Marty), Amy and Ryan Smith, and Alex and Ben Van Bogart, as well as his brother John Smith and nieces and nephews. Memorial service Thursday, June 21, 2012, 1 p.m. at O'Halloran and Murphy Funeral Home, 575 So. Snelling Ave, St. Paul, MN with visitation beginning at 10 a.m.
