Ronald L. Kelso, 76, of Commerce, California, formerly of Marshalltown, died suddenly on Friday, June 15th, 2012.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest with full military honors by the VFW Harry C. Harter Post #839. Visitation will be held one-hour prior to the services. For condolences, please visit www.mitchellfh.com.
Left to cherish his memory are his sons- Bill Davis of Fountain Valley, Calif., and Jeff Davis, of Irvine, Calif., two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, his former wife Mary Jolene (Redding) Szczutkowski, and siblings Jeanne Collins, of Indianola, Ken Kelso, of Georgetown, Texas, Sally Freese, of Marshalltown, Colleen Gessel, of Encino, Calif., JoAnn Jay, of Marshalltown and Connie Calvetti, of Las Vegas.
