A gunman involved in a February shooting will plead guilty to second-degree murder.
Steven Etzen, 27, is one of three men charged with shooting Benjamin Benda, 39, in an apartment at 19 1/2 N. Center St.
Police previously said the shooting was a robbery gone awry, and charged the three men with first-degree murder, robbery and burglary.
The court has yet to sentence the other two men, Shawn Doehler, 23, and Thomas Vaughn, 28. Vaughn pleaded guilty in March while Doehler accepted a plea later that month, according to court records.
All three men initially pleaded not guilty.
Etzen's hearing is set for 10 a.m. Friday.
