Hazel Hook, 96, of Wellsburg, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012 at the Grundy County Memorial Hospital Long Term Care in Grundy Center, Iowa, while under the care of Cedar Valley Hospice. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 28 at 1 p.m. at United Reformed Church in Wellsburg. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery in Wellsburg. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 27 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Doyen-Abels Funeral Home. Memorials may be directed to the family.
