TOLEDO - Bernice E. Sedlacek, 85, of Marshalltown, formerly of Toledo, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012 at Carrington Place of Toledo under the care of Iowa River Hospice. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 6 at 10:30 a.m. at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama with Pastor Barry Holmes officiating. Interment will follow at National Cemetery in rural Vining. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 5 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.
Survivors include her son Barry (Renee) Sedlacek of Marshalltown; two granddaughters, Amy Sedlacek-Harmon of Marshalltown and Amanda (Andy) DeVaul of Marshalltown; one great-granddaughter, Savannah Harmon; and a special friend, Richard Linhart of Clutier.
