James Dougan, age 91, of Hubbard, IA, died on Thursday, July 5, 2012, at Israel Family Hospice House in Ames. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 9, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hubbard. Jim will be buried at Hubbard Cemetery in Hubbard.
