Authorities have apprehended a man who escaped from the Black Hawk County Jail Thursday and later robbed a Toledo pharmacy.
Jeremy Mask, 25, led police on a chase this morning that ended when he went off the road, witnesses said.
Mask allegedly robbed the Medicap Pharmacy, 108 2nd Ave. W., around 5:30 p.m. Thursday evening.
