Stull receives masters degree

Douglas Stull, 2000 graduate of Marshalltown High School, received his master of business administration degree from the University of St. Thomas, Opus College of Business. Stull is employed as the commodity manager for Valspar Corporation in Minneapolis, Minn. He and his wife, Jade, currently reside in Minneapolis.

Thomas L. Cardella & Associates wins call center award

Thomas L. Cardella & Associates is pleased to announce the company was recently awarded "Best Outsourced Provider" during the 13th Annual IQPC Call Center Week, the largest conference exhibition devoted entirely to call centers. This is the fourth year in a row that TLCA has received this recognition, and it is the only company to be awarded in the category more than one time.

Established by Call Center IQPC, the excellence awards are designed to honor, recognize and promote call centers that demonstrate true, best practices in the call center spectrum. Leading organizations were identified and assessed by a group of call center experts and leaders. After accurate and objective evaluation of the true effectiveness of top call center programs, winners who displayed true, best practices in each category were chosen.

Companies selected as finalists, included Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations that dedicate themselves to superior thinking, creativity and execution across the full spectrum of call center functions.
