The three slides and the lazy river at the Marshalltown Family Aquatic Center were closed late Thursday as the result of a mechanical issue.
The zero-depth area, main pool and diving well remain open for regular hours, however, morning and evening water walking has been canceled. Lap swimming is still available during its regular time.
