I had a small chance to read your newspaper's Central Iowa Saturday edition July 28 while visiting friends on Sunday.
Wow, what a nice gem Iowans have here in Marshalltown, besides the most welcoming art gallery and a very nice downtown area.
I didn't believe local area newspapers could be found with your high quality any more.
They certainly are a dying breed in the USA. The local articles were interesting and well written.
I was very impressed with the inclusion of the informative, variety and newsy selections from the Associated Press - Well done.
I could point to many great articles from your Saturday edition but, "What is Ramadan and what does it celebrate ?" was especially enlightening.
My congratulation's to Dr. Tambrino on a concise, although all too short, explanation on our reactions to the Muslim theology.
Great state, great town, great newspaper.
I'm an Illinois visitor who will be coming back to central Iowa again and again.
