The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to three medical assists with the EMS crew to: 122 W. Main St., 1110 E. Anson St., and 303 Nicholas Dr.
Tuesday
The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a system malfunction at 106 College Dr., two carbon monoxide incidents at 210 W. Ferner St., an unauthorized burning at 1108 W. Iowa Ave., a dispatched/cancelled en route to 304 Park St., and four medical assists with the EMS crew to: 402 N. 10th Ave., 1012 E. Olive St., 1211 W. State St., and 3202 S. 12th St.
Wednesday
The Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a detector activation/no fire/unintentional call to 112 College Dr., and three medical assists with the EMS crew to: 1702 S. 7th Ave., 1702 Nicholas Dr., and 802 Roberts Terrace.

Incidents
On Tuesday, Shari Lynn Coughenour, 520 N. Center St., reported the theft of a Nintendo Wii game system and a Wii controller, charging station and games from her residence. Estimated value of loss was $350.
On Tuesday, an employee with the Franklin Motel, 1108 W. Iowa Ave., reported fire damage to a mattress and box-spring at the motel. Estimated value of damage was $100.
On Monday, Stacy Lewis, 308 Pleasantview Rd., reported the theft of three diamond rings, a Wii game system with fit board and a 32 inch Samsung TV from her residence. Estimated value of loss was $2,300.
Arrests
On Tuesday, James Levi Coughenour, 520 N. Center St., was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Monday, Steven James Hayden, 302 S. 16th Ave., was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.
On Aug. 20, James Levi Coughenour, 520 N. Center St., was arrested for theft, fourth degree.
Accidents
On Wednesday, a car driven by Raul Avalos-Martinez, 601 E. Linn St., was northbound on North Third Avenue when it struck some metal debris in the roadway damaging the motor on his car. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Avalos-Martinez car was estimated at $2,500.
