On behalf of the members of the Marshalltown Firefighters Association, IAFF Local 16, I would like to thank everyone that supported our effort to "Fill the Boot" to help fight muscular dystrophy on Aug. 31. We raised just over $1,061 for the cause. We also want to thank both Hy-Vee Grocery and Drug Store for allowing us access to their store fronts for three hours.
