God’s remedy is laughter

We live in very stressful times. God gave humans the remedy for stress. I found this in my current first-year seminary studies.

God's remedy is laughter. Did Jesus ever laugh? I do believe he may have especially when he reads some of Solomon's proverbs.

One example is when Solomon said that when a man lives with a brawling woman it's like living with a faucet that goes drip, drip, drip.

God gave humans another physical remedy for stress. Smile! It takes 132 facial muscles to frown, but only 13 facial muscles to smile.

But God gave us all the "ultimate remedy" for stress. It's the blood of Jesus shed on the cross as he took all the sins of mankind upon himself on the cross to redeem and free us all, he did it for all. God never intended for any of us to remain lost and cast out.
