WAVERLY - Freshman Nathan Carr clocked in at 26 minutes, 31 seconds, to lead the Marshalltown Community College cross country squads with a 31st-place finish at the Dan Huston Invitational on Saturday at Wartburg College.
David Duran finished 101st (33:59) and Austin Sayles was 103rd (35:28) for the MCC men.
Macy Logan, the lone women's runner for the Tigers, came in 110th (31:28).
The host Wartburg women placed second as a team, with BCLUW graduate Haddie Vawter placing seventh overall. The junior timed in at 22:33.
