Owner: KayLynn Hoing

The Business: "I started Fatal Graphix because of my love for all things design and in particular, graphic design," Hoing said. "I specialize in graphic design services for business, which include logo/identity design, business cards, banners and brochures. However, the possibilities are nearly endless. Each client has project-specific needs, and from those needs come opportunities to create and design other products."

In addition to quality design services, the business offers print materials, with a wide variety of options to customize paper quality, sizes and quantity.

"Though I specialize in business services, I would love to explore opportunities other projects might bring," Hoing said. "This includes working with non-business owners. I am anxious to apply and display my talents to all. My mission is to provide prompt, professional and courteous service to all customers."

Unique Features: "Design is my primary focus, but I paint, draw and create digital art as well," Hoing said. "Much of my personal work will be for sale and I welcome requests."

Why Central Iowa?: "I have always lived in or around Marshalltown, so central Iowa has always been home," Hoing said. "I choose to live and work in this area because I have established roots. I want to continue to grow those roots by getting to know people and business owners. I especially enjoy working with small businesses, because they are folks just like me. They are people applying their personal passion to make a living, while providing many valuable goods and services."
