Bill Tinius, 79, of Marshalltown, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at the Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center. Following cremation, memorial services for Bill will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 28 at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. There will not be a visitation.
