The first-ever all-Central Iowa Conference volleyball team has itself a Bobcat.

Marshalltown High School senior Eisha Oden was selected to the nine-player team in a vote by conference coaches. The 5-foot-11 outside hitter led the entire Central Iowa Metro League in kills prior to the state tournament.

Oden totaled 371 kills during Marshalltown's 22-17 campaign, averaging 3.71 kills per set with an attack efficiency of .269.

Oden was also one of two Bobcats named as unanimous selections to the all-CIC North Division squad. Oden and MHS senior middle hitter Lauren Mazour were a part of the six-player first team after the duo combined to finish 1-2 in kills in the CIC North.

Oden averaged 4.5 kills per set in league play while Mazour averaged 2.47. Miranda Smith, a second-team selection, finished third with 2.24 kills per set. Also earning second-team honors was senior libero Morgan Bellile, whose 91 digs in league play also topped the North charts.

Marshalltown's honorable mention selections were senior setter Madi Bellile and freshman utility Leiah Paustian.
