Donald I. Gates, 84, of Traer, died on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, at the Sunrise Hill Care and Rehab Center in Traer. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, the St. Paul Catholic Church in Traer. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at the Overton Funeral Home in Traer. Burial will be in the St. Paul Catholic Cemetery in Traer. A luncheon will follow the committal service at the St. Paul Catholic Church parish center.
