Family: My parents are Kenny and Paula White.
Hobbies: Mixed martial arts and staging concerts.
Occupation: I manage Rick "The Gladiator" Glenn, a professional mixed martial arts competitor in the 145-pound division. Glenn, an up-and-coming contender, won a technical knock out in late October over Lyndon Whitlock in theScore Fighting Series in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. The bout was broadcast on Axis television network. It was Glenn's second dominating performance in the SFS in two months. Previously, Glenn scored a second-round TKO over top Canadian prospect Tristan Johnston. Glenn is on a 10-match win streak, and sports an overall record of 12-2-1. Glenn is a Marshalltown native but resides in Canada, so as to take advantage of mixed martial arts opportunities.
Additionally, I am owner and founder of Whiteout Promotions, and work as Iowa representative for New Blood Fight Gear. I also work at Spread-All Manufacturing in Marshalltown.
Tenure: 12 years in mixed martial arts
Best part of the job: Much talent in mixed martial arts is overlooked. I do my best to seek out individuals, who might be in that category and determine if I can take them to the next level. I like to see sacrifice, dedication and heart in a fighter. I want to work with an individual who is motivated, and wants to make a career for themselves.
