Alicia Ro Gannaway, 53, went home to the be with her Lord on Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, after experiencing a massive heart attack. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at the Foust Funeral Home in Goldfield. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.
Alicia moved to Marshalltown in 2005 and worked as a teacher's aide in the Marshalltown schools. On April 20, 2007, Alicia married Jim Gannaway.
Alicia is survived by her husband, Jim Gannaway, of Marathon; son, Brandon (Kayla) Burras, of Marshalltown; step-son, Matt (Jessica) Gannaway, of Grinnell; grandsons: Hendricks and Samuel Burras and Ethan and Kaidan Gannaway; granddaughters: Peyton and Addison Gannaway; brother, Rob Olson, of Marathon.
