Police have arrested a Marshalltown man for allegedly driving the ATV in September that crashed and killed a local 14-year-old boy.
Derik Bear, 18, is charged with vehicular homicide, a Class C felony.
Bear was allegedly driving an ATV with Mario Ortega, 14, on the back when it crashed. Ortega later died from his injuries.
