Incidents

On Monday, Pat Kelly, 310 Thunderbird Dr., reported slash damage to four tires on a 2001 Cadillac DeVille while parked at the residence. Estimated value of damage was $1,000.

On Monday, Carolina Silva, 307 N. 12th Ave., reported the theft of five pieces of jewelry, an HP laptop Pavilion computer, a gold and diamond ring, a gold bracelet, a gold necklace, a gold ring and five sets of gold earrings from her residence. Estimated value of loss was $3,700.

On Wednesday, an employee with Hy-Vee, 802 S. Center St., reported the theft of groceries and other merchandise valued at $114.03.

On Tuesday, Stephanie Rodriguez, 1408 Woodbury St., reported the theft of an iPod and a silver necklace from her residence. Estimated value of loss was $300.

On Tuesday, a person reported damage to inside panes of glass on both the top and bottom sash of a window in an apartment building located at 1012 E. Anson St. Estimated value of damage was $200.

On Tuesday, Elaine Marie Locke, 203 N. 13th St., reported the theft of a safe, a gold and opal ring, coins and vital papers from her residence. Estimated value of loss was $550.

Arrests

On Monday, Scott Edward Mills Jr., 134 E. Main St. Apt. #714, was arrested.

On Monday, Michael Sean Lee, 202 N. 2nd Ave. Apt. #2, was arrested for theft-fifth degree from Hy-Vee.

On Monday, Lual Kong Tugour, 304 Melody Lane Apt. #4, was arrested for public intoxication.

On Sunday, Jessie Leroy Freland, 711 N. 4th Ave., was arrested for failure to affix a drug tax stamp, possession of meth with the intent to deliver, criminal trespass and interference with official acts.

On Sunday, Adam Scott Leiva, 108 1/2 S. 3rd St., was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance-meth with the intent to deliver and possession of marijuana.

On Sunday, Alex Anaya, Homeless, was arrested for possession of a Schedule I controlled substance-marijuana.

On Sunday, Wol Wol, Homeless, was arrested for public intoxication-enhanced.

On Sunday, Ward Matthew Duffy, 134 E. Main St. Apt. #510, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

On Saturday, Tyler James Sanders, 203 N. 9th St., was arrested for child endangerment without injury.

On Nov. 21, Jason Michael Nauman, 1001 W. State St., was arrested for criminal mischief-second degree.

On Nov. 14, Nathan Lee Bagur, of Lamoille, was arrested for failure to comply with the sex offender registry regulations-second offense.

On Monday, Jesus Miguel Pacheco, 1509 Marion St. Apt. C3, was arrested for serious domestic assault abuse.

On Saturday, Terissa Elaine Albee AKA Perez, 408 Thomas Dr., was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.

On Tuesday, Derick Bear, 312 N. 8th Ave., was arrested for vehicular homicide.

Accidents

On Monday, a car driven by Kelsey Rose McHenry, 1706 Fremont St., was eastbound on Lincoln Street at the intersection with Third Avenue when it entered Third Avenue traffic and collided with a vehicle driven by David Neil Welden, 1503 Greenfield Dr., which was traveling south on Third Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage to the McHenry car was estimated at $1,000 while the Welden vehicle received an estimated $3,500 in damage.

On Nov. 20, a car driven by Shelby Ann Swaim, 408 Debra Dr., was northbound on South Center Street at the intersection with Southridge Road when it collided with the rear of a vehicle driven by Stacey Ann Dostal, 1611 S. 4th St., which was stopped for a red light. No injuries were reported. Swaim was cited for failure to stop within an assured, clear distance. Damage to the Swaim car was estimated at $3,000 while the Dostal vehicle received an estimated $1,000 in damage.

On Saturday, car driven by a male juvenile from Haverhill without permission was moving backward and forward in the Totem Bowl parking lot when it collided with a legally parked vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Haverhill car was estimated at $500 while the legally parked vehicle received an estimated $1,000 in damage.

Citations

On Wednesday, Stephanie Lynn Martelli, 134 E. Main St. Apt. #801, was cited for theft-fifth degree from Hy-Vee.

On Monday, Taylor Adrian Gerths, of Ottumwa Halfway House, was arrested for probation violation and harassment of a public official.
