Theodore "Ted" Ivory Hall, Jr., 81, of Tama, died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at his home due to a sudden illness. A Memorial Service with Masonic Rites will be held Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Living Faith United Methodist Church in Tama with Pastor Brian Oliver officiating. Interment will be held at a future date at Oak Hill Cemetery in Tama.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Shirley, of Tama; two daughters: Lori (Jeff) Lacina, of Olathe, Kan., and Melissa (Darin Davis) Rodriguez, of Windsor Heights; four grandchildren: Grant Theodore Lacina, Ivory Frances Lacina and Maxwell Lacina and Grayson Sinning; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Shriners Hospital in Minneapolis, Minn., or Living Faith United Methodist Church.
Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
