Manly Shank, 87, of Kellogg and formerly of Marshalltown, died on Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, at Grinnell Regional Medical Center. A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell. Interment will be at Rose Hill Memorial Garden in Marshalltown.
Friends may call at the funeral home beginning 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, and the family will be present at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
