This car was severely damaged in a single vehicle accident just after 4 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. The car apparently was headed south on Highway 146 south of Le Grand and veered off the road, crossed hundreds of feet of grass and came to rest in a ditch off 270th Street. Details on the crash and injury information were not released Tuesday by emergency crews on the scene. The accident occurred before the snow fell, so weather did not appear to be a factor in the incident.
