A small fire did minimal damage to C & C Service Center in Garwin Sunday night.

"I wasn't even here," Collins said.

There were no injuries according to Collins and his automotive business was not affected by the fire.

Tama County Sheriff Dennis Kucera said two of his cars responded to a call at 7:55 p.m. and were on scene for approximately 45 minutes. He said fire departments from Garwin, Gladbrook and Toledo responded to the fire.
