WARNER, Okla. - The Marshalltown Community College softball team opened its spring season on the road Sunday with a doubleheader split against Connors State College.

The Tigers won their opener 4-3 behind Erica White's two-run home run. Holli Baker had an RBI single, Alexis Farren had the eventuall game-winning RBI single, and Taylor Vaske picked up the save in the pitching circle in relief of Stacy Roggentein.
