Samantha Sanders, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a neglect of a dependent person charge, a possession of meth with the intent to deliver charge, a ongoing criminal conduct charge, a possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance-alprazolam charge, a possession of prescription drugs without a prescription charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle her cases. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on March 29. Bond is set at $25,000 cash or surety. Should Sanders secure her release the court ordered that she obtain a substance abuse evaluation and submit the results to the court within 60 days of release.

Kenneth Trudell, of Liscomb, made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge, a possession of marijuana charge, a operating while intoxicated-first offense charge and a no insurance charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his cases. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 8. Trudell was released on his own recognizance. The court ordered that he obtain a substance abuse evaluation and submit the results to the court within 60 days of today's date.

Edward Godar, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 8.

Timothy Pitts, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a striking unattended vehicle charge, a failure to have a valid driver's license charge and a no insurance charge. He pleaded guilty to the striking unattended vehicle charge and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due immediately. On the failure to have a valid driver's license charge he pleaded guilty and was fined $200 with a $70 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $330, due immediately. He pleaded not guilty to the no insurance charge and showed proof of insurance to the court which dismissed the charge with court costs of $60, due immediately. The court condemned the previously paid bond and used it to pay all charges with the remainder returned to the defendant.

Emily Guymer, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a tinted windows violation. Upon proof of fixing the problem to the county attorney present, the charges were dropped with court costs of $60 assessed, due immediately.

Jordan Hinkle, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 8.

Aurora Caprice Gamble, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. on April 30.

Luis Alberto Garcia, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. on April 8.

Jessica Ann Hartwig, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a criminal trespass charge. She pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $272.75, due immediately.
