Police released the boys, a 17-year-old and a 15-year-old, to their parents following the incident. The 15-year-old is charged with aggravated assault, an aggravated misdemeanor, and the 17-year-old is charged with third-degree harassment, a simple misdemeanor, for the violence they allegedly committed against a pair of 14-year-olds and a 9-year old, Hanken said.
