Ryan Wade Purdy, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a warrant to forfeit a cash bond previously posted. The bond forfeiture hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. June 7. Other court dates include a Magistrate Court hearing at 9 a.m. May 29, a District Court proceeding at 1:45 p.m. May 29 and a jury trial at 9 a.m. June 14. Bond is set at $1,000 cash only.

James Kenneth Woods, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a domestic assault charge and two counts of a child endangerment charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his cases. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. May 31. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only. The court ordered that if Woods possessed any firearms or ammunition he is to make arrangements with the Marshall County Sheriff's Office within 24 hours to surrender them. No-contact orders were issued for the protected parties.

Todd Allen Fisher, 1509 W. State St., made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. June 10. Fisher was released on his own recognizance.

Matthew Feld, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a voluntary absence from custody charge, two counts of a probation violation and pre-trial violations. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his cases. On the absence from custody charge the preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. May 31. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court as its docket permits. The pre-trial release was revoked. The jury trial was rescheduled for 9 a.m. June 4. Bond on all charges was $15,000 cash only.

John Paul Hulin, 501 Green Mountain Road, made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 beginning June 20 until the debt is paid.

Bonnie Putter, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. She pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. The bond was condemned for payment of the fines.

Florita Ann Castellanos, 112 W. Lincoln St., made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. July 9 in Magistrate Court. Castellanos was released on her own recognizance.

Silvia Marie Garcia, 112 W. Lincoln St., made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. She pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 beginning June 20 until the debt is paid.

Kristina Lee Hoag, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. She pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 beginning June 20 until the debt is paid.

Tabitha (Cutler) Tate, 314 N. 14th Ave., made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge and a simple assault charge. She pleaded guilty to both charges and was fined $65 on each charge with a $22.75 surcharge for each and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75 on each count. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 beginning June 20 until the debt is paid or in lieu of the fines and surcharges she may do a total of 24 hours of community service plus pay the court costs to be completed by Nov. 30. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.
