Michelle Grommet, 611 E. South St. Apt. B12, made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge, a theft-third degree charge and a trespass charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle her cases. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. July 15. Bond will continue as posted until the conclusion of this case.

Jesse Ceniceros, 1118 May St., made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and a operation without registration charge. He pleaded guilty to all charges. On the driving under suspension and no insurance charges the fine was $250 each with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 for each offense. The operation without registration fine was $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 on all charges beginning July 22 until the debts are paid.

Natrisha Banks, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a failure to comply with probation terms charge and a simple assault charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle her cases. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2 p.m. July 22 and the preliminary hearing on the simple assault charge is set for the same time. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.

Andrea Thompson, 1009 S. Third Ave., made an initial appearance on two counts of a child endangerment without injury charge and a simples domestic assault charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle her cases. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. July 15. Thompson was released with supervision through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 24 hours to sign a pre-trial release form. The court ordered that if Thompson owned or possessed any firearms or ammunition she is to make arrangements within 24 hours with the Marshall County Sheriff's Office to surrender them. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Glenda Smith, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a trespass charge and a harassment charge. She pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. July 23 in Magistrate Court. The court appointed Merrill Swartz to represent her in this matter. Smith was released on her own recognizance. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Yimmi Antonio Molina, address unknown, made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. He pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge, a $10 DARE fee and $60 in court costs for a total of $282.75. The court allowed for monthly installment payments of $50 beginning July 22 until the debt is paid.

Byron Langland, 101 W. Meadow Lane, made an initial appearance on a serious domestic assault charge. He will hire Doug Beals to represent him in this case. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. July 15. Langland was released through the Department of Correctional Services and is to report to the adult probation office within 24 hours to sign a pre-trial release form. The court ordered that if he owned or possessed any firearms or ammunition, Langland is to make arrangements within 24 hours with the Marshall County Sheriff's Office to surrender them. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Matthew Leavy, 306 N. 15th Ave., made an initial appearance on a driving while barred-habitual offender charge and a warrant for failure to appear for arrangement charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his cases. The preliminary hearing for the driving while barred charge is set for 1 p.m. July 15. The arrangement hearing is rescheduled for the same date and time. Leavy was released on his own recognizance on the driving while barred charge. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in the failure to appear charge.

Trae Ryan Ford, 1102 Woodbury St., made an initial appearance on a domestic assault-strangulation without injury charge, an obstruction of emergency communications charge, a harassment-first degree charge and a false imprisonment charge. The public defender's office was appointed to handle his cases. The preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. July 3. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. Upon release, Ford is to report to the Department of Correctional Services. A no-contact order was issued for the protected party.

Ryan Douglas Butler, 903 W. Southridge Road, made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. He pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is set for 9 a.m. July 30 in Magistrate Court.
