A friendly competition for a cause

August 29, 2013
Times-Republican

The BCLUW National Honor Society has invited the East Marshall and West Marshall communities to join them to support the House of Compassion at the "Run for the House" on Sept. 7.

To add to the fun they are having a little competition to see which school has the most participants. If you would like to join in on the fun follow these simples steps: mail the 5K/10K registration in to the House of Compassion with the entry fee by Friday, choose a school to support and wear their school colors that day then meet at the First United Methodist Church's south parking lot no later than 7:50 a.m. to be counted.

Don't forget to come early enough to sign in before being counted. The race begins at 8 a.m. If you have any questions about this friendly competition, please email Sue Runge at srunge@bcluw.org.
