The final fall "Afternoon at the Library Movie" will be held at 2 p.m. Nov. 25 at the Marshalltown Public Library.
This year's films will explore other cultures. Some of the films are dramatic and some are comical but all films are guaranteed to be enjoyable. The library's movie license forbids the use of the film title in a newspaper release; therefore, you are invited to play the guessing game as in previous years.
The third film is a romantic comedy that tells the story of shy waitress who decides to change the lives of those around her for the better, while struggling with her own isolation. This film is a whimsical depiction of contemporary Parisian life, set in Montmartre. Roger Ebert gave this film 3.5 stars and called it a "delicious pastry of a movie" and "a nimble, charming comedy."
