Texas man arrested after two assaults

A man faces multiple charges after allegedly assaulting two people, damaging a car and public intoxication.

Travis D. Collins, 25 of Bishop Tex., was arrested Thursday after police were dispatched to the backyard of a house on the 100 block of N. 12th Ave. at 1:15 a.m. for a disturbance.

According to police, Collins came back to the house with a few people he met at a local bar and got in an argument with one of the guys in the group, accusing him of stealing his wallet.
